shurjoPay does not provide any SDK to its merchants but provide API and integrates the gateway in merchant website.
If the merchant wants to use the payment gateway in more than one website then he has to register separately for each website. For each website a separate merchant id will be given to the merchant.
The gateway can be integrated in any web-based applications or mobile (android/ios) or desktop applications.
The transferred money will be kept in the MSP bank account and will be released only after proper authentication and verification of transaction details as per the requirements of the merchant.
The payments can be withdrawn on a weekly basis (once every week).
shurjoPay is in trusted affiliation with numerous renowned banks. The bank works with us after proper verification and validation of our server.
No, only the banks can have access to credit card numbers. shurjoPay does not handle the credit card numbers. Only the first six digits and last four digits of the cards can be visible to shurjoPay in the payment papers.
shurjoPay payment gateway can be used to send and receive credit to and from local sources. In case of international transactions the payments can only be received and not sent as per the rules of Bangladesh Bank. Which means products can be sold to both local and international customers with shurjoPay payment gateway.
The merchant does not need to have a separate bank account for using shurjoPay payment gateway. The collective funds will be transferred to merchants personal account after verification process.
If a customer or a merchant files a dispute or demands refund the money will be refunded depending on the authenticity and verification of the credit documents and legitimacy of claims.
The customer can make payment in any currency of his choice and the merchant can also receive payment in any currency of his choice. Currency exchange rates may have an effect on the receivable amount of payment.
